reddressx.shop is an online storefront with a business contact address in Community of Madrid, Spain. This policy applies to the products offered through our online store.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through our online store are confirmed, processed, shipped, tracked, delivered, and, where applicable, returned.

By placing an order through reddressx.shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Seller Information

This policy applies to eligible orders placed directly through the official reddressx.shop online store.

This policy covers:

  • Order confirmation;
  • Payment and address verification;
  • Order processing;
  • Shipping destinations;
  • Shipping costs;
  • Estimated delivery times;
  • Tracking information;
  • International customs procedures;
  • Import duties and taxes;
  • Delivery attempts;
  • Address changes;
  • Order cancellations;
  • Delayed shipments;
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages;
  • Incorrect or missing products;
  • Undeliverable and refused packages; and
  • Shipping-related return procedures.

This policy does not apply to products purchased through an unauthorized reseller, third-party marketplace, social media seller, or any website not operated by reddressx.shop.

3. Definition of Business Days

Processing, shipping, and administrative response estimates expressly described as business days are measured in business days. The 30-day return-request period is measured in calendar days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude:

  • Saturdays;
  • Sundays;
  • public holidays applicable in Community of Madrid, Spain.

Carrier disruptions and other exceptional events can cause delays but do not retrospectively change the definition of a business day or suspend statutory deadlines.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will normally begin processing on the next available business day.

4. Order Confirmation

After an order has been successfully submitted, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The order confirmation means that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that:

  • Payment has been fully verified;
  • The shipping address has been approved;
  • Every product is available;
  • The order has entered fulfillment; or
  • The order has been shipped.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk email folder;
  2. Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct; and
  3. Contact us at info@reddressx.shop if you still cannot locate the confirmation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation and promptly notifying us of any incorrect product, size, color, quantity, billing information, or shipping information.

5. Payment Authorization and Verification

Orders will normally begin processing only after payment has been successfully authorized or received.

We may conduct reasonable verification before fulfilling an order. Verification may include checking:

  • Payment authorization;
  • Billing information;
  • Shipping information;
  • Contact information;
  • Order value;
  • Product quantity;
  • Fraud indicators; and
  • Other information reasonably necessary to process the order safely.

We may contact the customer if additional information is required.

Processing may be delayed if:

  • Payment is pending;
  • Payment is declined;
  • Payment is reversed;
  • Billing and shipping information do not match;
  • The address appears incomplete;
  • The order is identified as potentially fraudulent; or
  • Additional customer verification is required.

We reserve the right to place an order on hold or cancel it if payment or order information cannot be verified.

6. Order Processing Time

Normal processing is 0–1 business days after the order is placed, payment is confirmed, necessary information is received, and proportionate verification is complete. Processing can include inventory confirmation, inspection, packing, document preparation, label creation, and transfer to the carrier.

Estimated transit of 3–7 business days starts after processing and carrier acceptance, for approximately 3–8 business days total. Zero processing days means same-business-day processing is possible, not guaranteed. Unless another time is agreed, Article 109 TRLGDCU requires performance without undue delay and within 30 calendar days after contract conclusion.

7. Processing Delays

Although most orders are processed within 0–1 business days, additional processing time may be required because of:

  • Weekends or public holidays;
  • High order volume;
  • Promotional events;
  • Product launches;
  • Inventory discrepancies;
  • Payment verification;
  • Incomplete addresses;
  • Fraud-prevention reviews;
  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Public emergencies;
  • Carrier disruptions;
  • Supply-chain interruptions; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order experiences a significant processing delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order.

8. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information accurate, a product may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of:

  • Inventory errors;
  • Simultaneous customer purchases;
  • Product damage discovered during inspection;
  • Supplier or fulfillment issues;
  • Incorrect inventory counts; or
  • Other unexpected circumstances.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Contact the customer for instructions;
  • Cancel the unavailable product;
  • Offer an alternative product with the customer’s approval;
  • Ship the available products separately; or
  • Cancel the entire order when necessary.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s consent.

9. Shipping Destinations

We provide shipping to the countries and regions that are available for selection during checkout.

If a country, state, province, territory, region, or postal code cannot be selected or accepted during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Shipping availability may depend on:

  • Carrier service coverage;
  • Local delivery conditions;
  • Customs requirements;
  • Import restrictions;
  • Product restrictions;
  • Local laws;
  • Address type;
  • Postal code;
  • Package size or weight;
  • International transportation conditions; and
  • Temporary carrier limitations.

The availability of shipping to a country or region may change without prior notice if carrier service, customs requirements, or applicable laws change.

10. Free Standard Shipping

reddressx.shop offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders to every country and region currently supported at checkout.

For every order accepted by this store:

  • There is no minimum order value required for free standard shipping;
  • Free shipping applies to eligible orders;
  • Free shipping applies to the original outbound shipment; and
  • Free shipping applies only to the standard shipping method.

Free standard shipping does not necessarily include:

  • Express shipping;
  • Expedited shipping;
  • Same-day delivery;
  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Value-added tax;
  • Goods and services tax;
  • Customs brokerage fees;
  • Customs clearance fees;
  • Optional non-standard delivery services expressly selected by the customer;
  • Address correction fees;
  • Re-delivery fees;
  • Return shipping;
  • Exchange shipping; or
  • Re-shipping required because of incorrect customer information.

If an optional paid or expedited shipping method is available, its price and estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.

Any customer-payable optional service or additional charge must be clearly disclosed before purchase or separately agreed before it is incurred. We do not add a remote-area surcharge to the original standard shipment of an accepted order. Costs caused by our own error are our responsibility.

We do not add a remote-area surcharge to standard shipping on an accepted order. If standard delivery is unavailable, we will explain the limitation before accepting the order; an optional alternative requires your agreement.

11. Estimated Shipping Time

Our estimated standard shipping time is 3–7 business days after order processing has been completed.

The normal estimated order timeline is therefore:

  • Order processing: 0–1 business days;
  • Shipping and transportation: 3–7 business days; and
  • Total estimated time from confirmed order to delivery: approximately 3–8 business days.

For example, if an order requires one business day to process and seven business days to ship, the estimated total delivery time would be approximately eight business days.

Weekends, public holidays, carrier holidays, and customs delays are not included in these estimates.

12. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only.

An estimated delivery date shown:

  • On a product page;
  • During checkout;
  • In an order confirmation;
  • In a shipping confirmation;
  • In a tracking email; or
  • On a carrier’s tracking page

does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location;
  • Carrier service;
  • Package routing;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Local delivery conditions;
  • Weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • Peak shopping periods;
  • Failed delivery attempts;
  • Incorrect address information; or
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers ordering products for a birthday, holiday, trip, ceremony, or other date-sensitive event should place their orders as early as possible.

An express delivery guarantee specifically agreed for an order will be honored. General estimate language does not override that agreement or mandatory remedies.

13. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We select shipping carriers and service levels based on factors such as:

  • Destination country or region;
  • Delivery address;
  • Package weight;
  • Package dimensions;
  • Product availability;
  • Carrier coverage;
  • Expected delivery time; and
  • Operational requirements.

Customers may not be able to select a particular carrier unless carrier selection is expressly offered at checkout.

An international package may be handled by more than one carrier. A primary carrier may transfer the package to a local postal or delivery service for final delivery.

The carrier responsible for final delivery may therefore differ from the carrier that originally accepted the package.

14. Shipping Confirmation

Once an order has been shipped, we will normally send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

When available, the shipping confirmation may include:

  • Order number;
  • Shipping date;
  • Carrier name;
  • Tracking number;
  • Tracking link; and
  • General delivery information.

A dispatch confirmation means that the package has been transferred to the carrier. Creation of a label or preparation of a package alone does not mean the order has shipped; any earlier preparation notice will be identified accordingly.

Carrier tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after a shipping confirmation is issued.

15. Package Tracking

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information associated with their orders.

Tracking may temporarily show no movement while a package:

  • Is waiting for its first carrier scan;
  • Is moving between carrier facilities;
  • Is traveling internationally;
  • Is waiting for customs clearance;
  • Is being transferred to another carrier;
  • Is waiting for final-mile delivery;
  • Is being processed during a weekend or holiday; or
  • Is traveling through a location where real-time scanning is unavailable.

A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package is lost.

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact us at info@reddressx.shop and include your order number and tracking number.

16. Multiple and Split Shipments

An order containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments.

Separate shipments may be used when:

  • Products are stored at different fulfillment locations;
  • Products become ready at different times;
  • Package size or weight requires separation;
  • Different carriers are used;
  • Products have different shipping restrictions; or
  • Separate shipment improves fulfillment efficiency.

Each package may have its own:

  • Shipping confirmation;
  • Tracking number;
  • Carrier;
  • Shipping route; and
  • Delivery date.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.

No additional standard shipping charge will be imposed solely because we divide an otherwise eligible order into multiple packages.

17. International Shipping

Checkout shows destinations currently offered. Availability can depend on carriers, product restrictions, customs, and address type. Viewing the website does not promise worldwide delivery.

For cross-border consumer contracts, mandatory protections of the consumer’s habitual residence may apply. Delivery estimates exclude customs holds and recipient action unless responsibility remains with us. All known unavoidable charges must be disclosed before purchase.

18. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For EU deliveries, prices and taxes are presented under applicable VAT and price-display rules. Outside the EU, import duties, taxes, brokerage, or clearance charges may arise. Responsibility must be clearly disclosed before purchase and cannot be shifted by a hidden later term.

We do not undervalue parcels, misdescribe goods, or mark commercial goods as gifts. Where charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the storefront must explain that they may apply and provide available calculation information.

19. Customs Clearance

Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold, or request additional information concerning an international shipment.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Identification;
  • Tax information;
  • Import documentation;
  • Proof of purchase;
  • Product information;
  • Payment of duties or taxes; or
  • Other information requested by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for responding promptly to customs or carrier requests.

A delay caused by customs inspection, missing customer documentation, unpaid duties, or local import procedures is outside our direct control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide available order documentation, but we cannot control or accelerate customs decisions.

20. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

The shipping information should include, where applicable:

  • Recipient’s full name;
  • Street name and number;
  • Apartment, unit, suite, floor, or building number;
  • City;
  • State or province;
  • Postal or ZIP code;
  • Country or region;
  • Telephone number; and
  • Any instructions required for local delivery.

Customers should verify their shipping information before submitting an order.

reddressx.shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

21. Changing a Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately at info@reddressx.shop.

The request should include:

  • Order number;
  • Customer’s full name;
  • Original shipping address;
  • Complete new shipping address; and
  • Reason for the requested change.

For security purposes, we may require the request to be sent from the email address used to place the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not entered final fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

Address changes are not guaranteed.

Once the order has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it. The customer may need to contact the carrier directly, and additional carrier fees may apply.

22. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the carrier may:

  • Delay the package;
  • Attempt an address correction;
  • Hold the package;
  • Return the package to the sender;
  • Abandon the package; or
  • Dispose of the package where permitted.

If a package is returned to us, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Address correction charges;
  • Return-to-sender charges;
  • Re-delivery costs;
  • Customs charges;
  • Storage charges; and
  • Re-shipping costs.

The original free standard shipping offer does not automatically cover an additional shipment required because of an incorrect customer-provided address.

23. Delivery Instructions

Customers may provide delivery instructions when the checkout page allows them to do so.

We will make reasonable efforts to transmit relevant instructions, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow every request.

Delivery instructions involving:

  • Gate access;
  • Apartment access;
  • Telephone calls;
  • Specific delivery times;
  • Signature requirements;
  • Package placement;
  • Reception desks; or
  • Building security

remain subject to the carrier’s procedures and local service availability.

Customers should not include payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in delivery instructions.

24. Signature Requirements

Some orders may require a signature at delivery because of:

  • Order value;
  • Destination;
  • Carrier rules;
  • Fraud-prevention measures; or
  • Other delivery considerations.

If a signature is required, the recipient is responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.

A carrier may hold or return a package if the required signature cannot be obtained after the permitted number of delivery attempts.

25. Delivery Attempts

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

  • Leave a delivery notice;
  • Request additional instructions;
  • Hold the package at a local facility;
  • Schedule another attempt;
  • Deliver the package to an authorized pickup location;
  • Return the package to the sender; or
  • Take another action permitted under its procedures.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding promptly to carrier notices.

26. Postal Boxes, Military Addresses, and Special Addresses

Delivery to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, military address, freight-forwarding facility, parcel locker, hotel, temporary residence, or remote location is subject to carrier availability.

If the checkout page accepts the address and provides a shipping option, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the order.

Acceptance of an address at checkout does not guarantee that every carrier can complete delivery. We may contact the customer if an alternative address is required.

Customers using a freight forwarder are responsible for verifying delivery after the package reaches the freight-forwarding facility.

27. Freight Forwarders

If a customer directs an order to a freight forwarder, mail-forwarding service, reshipping company, hotel, warehouse, or third-party receiving service, delivery to that address may be treated as delivery to the customer.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Confirming the third party’s address;
  • Confirming that the third party will accept the package;
  • Paying any third-party charges;
  • Arranging transportation after the initial delivery; and
  • Resolving damage or loss occurring after the package is accepted by the third party.

We may have limited ability to investigate a package after it has been accepted and forwarded by an independent third party.

28. Delayed Shipments

If delivery is delayed, contact info@reddressx.shop. We review fulfilment, tracking, carrier information, and the agreed period. A revised estimate does not remove consumer rights.

Under Articles 109 and 110 TRLGDCU, the consumer may set an appropriate additional period where required and terminate if performance still does not occur; immediate termination may be available where the trader refuses, the date was essential, or another legal condition is met. Required reimbursement is made without undue delay.

29. Holiday and Promotional Periods

Processing and shipping may take longer during:

  • Black Friday;
  • Cyber Monday;
  • Christmas;
  • New Year;
  • Other public holidays;
  • Major promotional events;
  • Product launches; or
  • Unexpected periods of high demand.

Customers should place time-sensitive orders as early as possible.

The normal processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed during holidays, promotional events, or other high-volume periods.

30. Force Majeure

Events beyond reasonable control may disrupt processing or transit, including extreme weather, natural disaster, fire, war, civil unrest, public-health emergency, government or customs action, labour dispute, carrier interruption, transport shutdown, utility outage, cyber incident, or exceptional supply-chain disruption.

We will take reasonable mitigation and communication steps. This section does not remove mandatory rights concerning late or failed delivery, withdrawal, reimbursement, conformity, safety, or non-excludable liability.

31. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check entrances, safe places, parcel lockers, household members, neighbours, building staff, carrier notices, and any delivery image. Then email info@reddressx.shop with the order and tracking details.

We review fulfilment and delivery evidence and open a carrier investigation where appropriate. A carrier conclusion is evidence, not the sole condition for a remedy. Under Article 66 ter TRLGDCU, risk in a consumer sale generally passes when the consumer or an authorised third party receives the goods, subject to the rule for a carrier commissioned independently by the consumer.

32. Lost Packages

A package may be considered potentially lost when:

  • It has exceeded the estimated delivery period;
  • Tracking has not updated for an extended period; and
  • The carrier cannot confirm its current location or expected delivery.

If you believe a package has been lost, contact us with:

  • Order number;
  • Customer name;
  • Delivery address;
  • Tracking number;
  • Date of the last tracking update; and
  • Any communication received from the carrier.

We may open a carrier investigation or ask the customer to contact the local carrier.

Carrier investigations may require additional time.

If an order is lost in transit and we are responsible for non-delivery, we will provide an appropriate refund or, with your agreement, a replacement at no additional standard shipping cost. A carrier investigation will not postpone a mandatory remedy indefinitely, and a carrier admission of loss is not the only evidence we will consider.

33. Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed as delivered to the correct address and is later stolen, customers should:

  • Contact the carrier;
  • Check with household members and neighbors;
  • Contact building management or security;
  • Review available security camera footage; and
  • Contact local law enforcement where appropriate.

Customers should also notify us and provide the order number and any available supporting documentation.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist. However, a package stolen after confirmed delivery may not automatically qualify for replacement unless required by applicable law.

34. Damaged Packages or Products

Inspect the parcel and goods within a reasonable time. If damage is present, email info@reddressx.shop with the order number and description. Photographs are useful where reasonably available.

Missing photographs, discarded packaging, or lack of an internal number does not automatically eliminate a statutory remedy. Evidence requests must be proportionate. Necessary costs of bringing non-conforming goods into conformity are allocated under Articles 117 to 120 TRLGDCU.

35. Incorrect, Missing, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong product;
  • The wrong size;
  • The wrong color;
  • The wrong quantity;
  • A product you did not order; or
  • A package with a missing product,

contact info@reddressx.shop as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photographs of the products received;
  • Photographs of product labels;
  • Photograph of the shipping label;
  • Photograph of the package contents; and
  • Photograph of the packing slip, if included.

If we confirm that an error occurred during fulfillment, we will provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

36. Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery, the carrier may return the package to the sender.

A refusal may occur because:

  • The customer no longer wants the order;
  • Customs duties were not paid;
  • Delivery was not accepted;
  • The package was not collected;
  • The recipient was unavailable; or
  • The customer did not recognize the shipment.

A refused package is not automatically treated as an approved return.

After the package has been returned and inspected, we will contact the customer regarding any available re-shipment options. The customer may be responsible for actual carrier, return transportation, customs, or other customer-caused costs where permitted by law. No restocking fee will be charged.

37. Unclaimed Packages

If a carrier holds a package for collection, the customer is responsible for collecting it within the carrier’s permitted holding period.

If the package is not collected, it may be:

  • Returned to the sender;
  • Stored at additional cost;
  • Abandoned;
  • Destroyed; or
  • Otherwise handled under local carrier rules.

If an unclaimed package is returned to us, any re-shipment will be handled according to the circumstances, applicable law, and our Return and Refund Policy.

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping or carrier costs caused by failure to collect the package.

38. Returned-to-Sender Packages

A package may be returned to the sender because of:

  • An incorrect address;
  • An incomplete address;
  • An unknown recipient;
  • A refused delivery;
  • Failure to collect the package;
  • Failed delivery attempts;
  • Unpaid customs charges;
  • Local import restrictions; or
  • Carrier error.

After a returned package is received and inspected, we may contact the customer to arrange re-shipment where available.

If the return was caused by customer-provided information or customer action, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the order again.

If the return was caused by our confirmed error, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

39. Order Modifications

If you need to modify an order, contact us immediately at info@reddressx.shop.

Requested changes may include:

  • Product;
  • Size;
  • Color;
  • Quantity;
  • Shipping address; or
  • Contact information.

We will make reasonable efforts to approve a change if the order has not entered final fulfillment.

Order changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify it. The customer may need to receive the order and then submit a return request.

40. Order Cancellations

Email info@reddressx.shop promptly for a pre-dispatch change or cancellation. We will try to stop processing but cannot guarantee an operational change after fulfilment begins.

Fulfilment status does not remove statutory withdrawal. A consumer may normally declare withdrawal within 14 days after possession and return goods within a further 14 days. The storefront should also provide the compliance-ready EU online withdrawal function described in the Return and Refund Policy, subject to confirmation of Spain’s final implementing provision.

41. Thirty-Day Return Period

We offer a voluntary return-request period of 30 calendar days after actual delivery for eligible goods. This additional option does not turn statutory withdrawal into a request requiring approval.

Articles 102 to 108 TRLGDCU generally provide 14 days to declare withdrawal and 14 days to return goods. Conformity, safety, incorrect-delivery, and misdescription remedies are separate.

42. Return Request Procedure

Email info@reddressx.shop with the order number, customer name, goods, and requested solution. We normally review voluntary requests within 1–3 business days. Contacting us before posting helps route the parcel.

Statutory withdrawal needs no special wording or prior approval. The live site should additionally provide the EU compliance-ready withdrawal function and immediate electronic confirmation. A missing internal number or unavailable photograph does not by itself invalidate a statutory claim.

43. Return Processing Time

We inspect identifiable voluntary returns reasonably after receipt. Once approved, the refund is returned to and credited to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval, including payment-provider and bank posting time, without an extra processing period.

Article 107 TRLGDCU separately requires statutory withdrawal reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after notice, subject to the lawful right to withhold until the goods or proof of sending is received. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline controls.

44. Return Eligibility

For the voluntary option, goods should be complete, undamaged after delivery, and used no more than reasonably necessary for inspection. Under Article 108 TRLGDCU, diminished-value responsibility applies only where handling exceeded what was necessary and required information was provided.

Article 103 exceptions are applied narrowly and do not remove conformity, safety, incorrect-delivery, or misdescription remedies.

45. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns, and statutory withdrawal where responsibility was properly disclosed, the consumer bears direct return costs to the extent Article 108 TRLGDCU permits. We charge no restocking fee.

For non-conforming, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, we bear necessary cure and return costs as required by Articles 117 to 120 TRLGDCU.

46. No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. A lawful diminished-value amount after statutory withdrawal is not a restocking fee and is considered only under Article 108 TRLGDCU when handling exceeded what was necessary and the required information was supplied.

Any deduction is explained and proportionate. No deduction is made merely because packaging was opened or because the return concerns non-conformity.

47. Return Address

Return address: C. BELVIS DE LA JARA 23, 005 IZ, MADRID, MADRID, Spain

This is the same as the supplied business address. Email info@reddressx.shop first where reasonably practicable for routing, but prior approval is not a condition of valid statutory withdrawal or conformity rights. The supplied address lacks a postcode and must be completed and verified before publication and operational use.

Use a trackable service and keep proof of sending. Include the order number and purchaser name. Do not send cash-on-delivery parcels unless agreed.

48. Exchanges

For an exchange, contact info@reddressx.shop and identify the order and requested replacement. Availability depends on products and options offered at that time. We may process a return and a new order instead of a direct exchange.

This procedure does not replace statutory rights. Repair or replacement for non-conforming goods is governed by Articles 117 to 120 TRLGDCU, including proportionality and impossibility rules.

49. Customer Communication Responsibilities

We will normally communicate about an order using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address;
  • Providing a valid telephone number;
  • Monitoring their inbox;
  • Checking spam and junk folders;
  • Responding to order-verification requests;
  • Monitoring tracking information;
  • Responding to carrier notices; and
  • Promptly notifying us of delivery problems.

We are not responsible for communication delays caused by an incorrect email address, blocked message, full inbox, inactive telephone number, spam filter, or failure to review messages.

50. Fraud Prevention and Delivery Verification

To protect customers and our store, we may review orders for unauthorized payment activity or fraud.

For certain orders, we may:

  • Request additional information;
  • Confirm the customer’s identity;
  • Confirm billing information;
  • Confirm the shipping address;
  • Require a delivery signature; or
  • Cancel an order that cannot be reasonably verified.

Failure to provide requested verification may delay processing or result in order cancellation.

51. Limitation of Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for loss caused solely by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, an unauthorised diversion requested outside our systems, or a carrier independently commissioned by the consumer, to the extent permitted by law. We remain responsible for our own fulfilment errors and risk allocated to us under Article 66 ter TRLGDCU.

Nothing limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional conduct, injury, product liability, mandatory conformity rights, and statutory delivery or reimbursement rights.

52. Relationship to Other Store Policies

This Shipping and Delivery Policy should be read together with our:

  • Return and Refund Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Terms of Service; and
  • Any product-specific conditions displayed before checkout.

If there is a conflict concerning return eligibility, the Return and Refund Policy will apply, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Product-specific information clearly displayed on a product page may supplement this policy.

53. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy to reflect changes in:

  • Shipping services;
  • Carrier procedures;
  • Business operations;
  • Product offerings;
  • Customs requirements;
  • Legal obligations; or
  • Customer service procedures.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Unless otherwise required by law, changes will apply to orders placed after the revised policy becomes effective.
